Prepare now to avoid being hit with lungworm outbreaks next season

Summer and autumn 2006 were good for lungworm, with nice warm conditions, followed by wet weather and extended above average temperatures.  As a result, national levels of lungworm infection, otherwise known as husk, are likely to have been above average.  It could also lead to high rates of pasture infestation, which could lead to early season outbreaks at turnout.
